Rosevean was previously a large Guest House and in 1992 the then Owners carried out a complete conversion of the whole house into three self contained holiday apartments and a two storey maisonette at the rear.

A payment of £50 per month up to August 2004 was made by Owners. As from June 2007 this was increased to the sum of £60 per month. These payments are in order to form a fund to meet any future repairs that may become necessary.
