The Chantry is fully double glazed and has panel heating to all rooms. Sky Television is installed.

The apartment, by its very nature, is remarkably well sound-proofed. The apartment has a concrete floor and a void of aprox 1 metre between the upper and lower apartments.

There is also a great amount of storage space, unsual to apartments these days. The apartment is also very easy to maintain, with very little decorating to do - ever!

There is a private parking space allocated in the communal car park adjacent to the communal gardens.
