Is it SOLE agency or MULTIPLE agency?
We only offer MULTIPLE AGENCY, this means that you can still advertise with another estate agent, if we sell your property then you DO NOT have to pay the other agent commission.

How long until my property will be listed on all the sites?
Approximately within 5-7 days.

Are you a proper estate agent?
Yes, Nick Gillham is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. We do not have a high street shop.

Do you erect the for sale sign?
No we are unable to erect the sign.

Do you value properties?
We do not offer a valuation service when we visit, we list at the price you set, this can be changed at any time for no extra charge. We can get a valuation from sites such as Land Registry, Rightmove.co.uk and zoopla.co.uk and suggest a selling price for you.

Do you attend viewings?
No, we will arrange viewings for you but you will conduct the viewing yourself.

Do buyers call me direct?
NO, all enquires are answered by our trained staff who answer calls 6 days a week.

What happens when we get an offer?
All offers must be made through us, once you have accepted an offer we will draw up the memorandum of sale for you and your purchasers solicitors. My Property For Sale also handle ALL negotiations for your offer.

Can I use another estate agent when using your services?
Yes you can.

What if I do not sell with your company and my 365 days has expired?
You can buy another 180 days marketing for £150+vat.

What is the total cost of the service?
£199, £349 or £399 depending on your chosen package, all prices are plus VAT.

Are you members of The Property Ombudsman?
Yes we are registered with them and abide by their rules and regulations.

How long have you been established?
Since 2001.

How many photos do you take?
Unlimited amount of photos.

Can you use the photos and description from the previous agent?
No, we will need to take new photos and write a new description and room measurements.

Do you charge extra if I want to change the price of my property or change the photos?
No, there are no hidden charges.

I already have an EPC, can you use that?
Yes we can as long as it is not over 10 years old, there is no charge for using your EPC.

I already have a Floor Plan, can you use that?
Yes we can, we will upload the floor plan to your advert, there is no charge.
