The property is located approximately 7.5 miles from
Huntly. Huntly is a market town and commercial
centre situated in the heart of West Aberdeenshire on
the A96 approximately 37 miles from Aberdeen. There

approximately 45 minutes drive. Huntly is the home of
Clan Gordon and is renowned for Huntly Castle and

From Huntly take the A920 to Dufftown. Follow this

approximately 0.9 miles and there is a turn-off to the
left amongst some trees just as the road bends. Take
this road to the left and follow it down and stay on the
new road as it turns off to the right which leads you
straight to the Steading.
